Filters are provided
at the inlet of pump to avoid clogging of the pump. Two filters are
provided one working one standby with isolation valves, to clean
filters without stopping the plant.
Two pumps are provided
one working one stand by with isolation valves. Plant can be shifted
to stand by pump without stopping.
Two circulation tanks
are provided one working one standby. When one tank is in use liquid
from other tank can be transferred with standby pump without
stopping the plant.
Level controllers on
tanks maintain the liquid level constant. No manual fill up
required.
Orifice plate type
flow indicator cum switch for liquid circulation flow rate.
Pressure switch on
pump outlet for low-pressure alarm. This avoids dry running of the
pump.
