| Construction
features - |
- The bearing block has following
advantages -
- Single piece bearing housing machined
in one setting to eliminate alignment problem during assembly and
maintenance.
- The body is fabricated and not cast
avoiding casting defects like blowholes, porosity, hence, better
strength and rigidity.
- Heavy-duty ball/spherical roller bearings are used for
long trouble free performance.
- Grease lubricated for life or with re
lubrication facility.
- Drain plug is provided for condensate
removal.
- Access door is provided for inspection
/ cleaning.
- Damper is provided at outlet to
control airflow rate.
- Manometer tapings are provided at
inlet and outlet to facilitate pressure drop measurement.
- Direct driven and belt driven
constriction is available.
- Guards are provided at Air inlet and
belt that make installation safe.
- Rigid base frame and supports are
provided for vibration free performance.
- We can supply blower and fan for air /
gas temperatures between -30 Deg.C to 700 Deg.C.
- The material of construction can be
AISI 316, AISI 310, Carbon Steel, and custom made.
- We give low speed blowers for erosion
free performance.
